چکیده
Most agricultural practices have evolved towards biological and sustainable systems. The purpose of modern agriculture is to reduce inputs without reducing yield quality. This objective can be achieved through the identification organic molecules capable activating plant metabolism. Biostimulants contain a wide range mostly still unknown bioactive compounds. These products are generally able improve plant’s nutrient utilization efficiency increase tolerance biotic abiotic stresses. aim this study was determine biometric measurements metabolic profiling two tomato genotypes grown in open field treated or not with plant-derived biostimulant named CycoFlow (Agriges). application stimulated growth (plants up 55.06% higher) per (up 111.66%). In plants biostimulant, ascorbic acid carotenoids contents fruit were higher compared non-treated plants. particular, content β-carotene increased after treatments biostimulant. present proves that effect dependent on genotype. Altogether, we demonstrated performance results maximized appropriate

Endophytic bacterial communities of field-grown potato plants and their plant-growth-promoting and antagonistic abilities.
To study the effect of plant growth on potato-associated bacteria, the composition and properties of bacteria colonizing the endosphere of field-grown potato were analyzed by a multiphasic approach. The occurrence and diversity of potato-associated bacteria were monitored by a cultivation-independent approach, using terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of 16S rDNA. The pat...

T h e effect of high soil t empera ture on resistance of tomato (Lycopersicon esculenturn Mill.) to Meloidogyne spp. has been repor ted by several authors (3,4,5). However, the susceptibility of tomato grown at high soil temperatures to different races o£ M. incognita (Kofoid and White) Chi twood has not been reported. This mat te r must be considered an impor tan t factor in a tomato screening...

as a diagnostic probe for P. syringae pv. tomato. In a survey of 75 plant-associated bacteria, pTPR1 hybridized exclusively to those strains that produced coronatine. The detection limit for this probe, which was labeled with the Chemiprobe nonradioactive reporter system, was approximately 4 x 103 CFU of lesion bacteria. During the 1989 growing season, a total of 258 leaf and fruit lesions from...
متن کاملAlternative control of Tetranychus evansi Baker & Pritchard (Acari: Tetranychidae) on tomato plants grown in greenhouses.
Tetranychus evansi Baker & Pritchard is an important pest of solanaceous plants, including tomatoes. This mite is characterized by a high reproductive rate, which leads to high population growth in a short period of time causing important economic damage. Control of T. evansi is mainly through synthetic acaricides. In searching for environmentally friendly control measures, we evaluated the eff...
متن کاملPlant age and genotype affect the bacterial community composition in the tuber rhizosphere of field-grown sweet potato plants.
The hypothesis that sweet potato genotypes containing different starch yields in their tuberous roots can affect the bacterial communities present in the rhizosphere (soil adhering to tubers) was tested in this study. Tuberous roots of field-grown sweet potato of genotypes IPB-149 (commercial genotype), IPB-052, and IPB-137 were sampled three and six months after planting and analyzed by denatu...
